FCmobilelife Billing PolicyFCmobilelife can be purchased at www.fcmobilelife.com. Both monthly and annual subscriptions are available. Although a subscription may begin anytime within a month, subscription billing cycles run from the first day to the last day of any calendar month. In order to accommodate this fixed billing cycle, we charge the subscription amount in advance. Monthly Billing Calculation For monthly subscriptions, you will be charged for the number of days remaining in the current month and for the first full month of service. Annual Billing Calculation For annual subscriptions, you will be charged for the annual subscription itself, plus a pro-rated amount for the number of days remaining in the current month. This prorated amount is based upon the number of days remaining in the month of purchase (“days”) divided by 365 days (”year”) times the annual subscription rate (“rate”).
For example, if you purchase an annual subscription plan on the ninth day of the month, you will be charged the annual amount ($99) plus $5.97:
For each succeeding year thereafter you would be charged the current annual rate ($99.00). Monthly subscription periods run from the first day of a month through the last day of the month. Annual subscription periods run from the first day of the year through the last day of the year. Near the end of a subscription period, you will be charged in advance for the next subscription period (month or year) using the credit card provided at the time of purchase or currently specified on your FCmobilelife account. FCmobilelife will anticipate the expiration of your credit card and alert you to update the expiration date of your credit card before attempting to charge at the beginning of each subsequent billing cycle. However, if expired credit cards or other factors result in the rejection of FCmobilelife subscription charges on your credit card, FCmobilelife accounts may be suspended by for non-payment within 3 days of the start of a billing cycle. The account may be reinstated anytime within the 30 days before being cancelled. Failure to provide a valid credit card may result in cancellation of FCmobilelife accounts; which could result in the loss or inaccessibility of your contacts and calendar data. CancellationsYou may cancel the FCmobilelife service at any time by notifying FCmobilelife via (i) an email addressed to support@fcmobilelife.com, (ii) a letter addressed to FCmobilelife, 355 South 520 West, Lindon, Utah 84042, or (iii) a phone call to Customer Care at the 800 number. Any such cancellation by you shall be effective as follows: Cancellation of Monthly Subscription If you request cancellation of a monthly subscription, the subscription will be set to expire on the last day of the current month. In the event of a cancellation request received during the initial prorated period, the subscription will be set to expire at the end of the following (or first full) subscription month. No refunds will be given on monthly subscriptions. The unused portion of any subscription period is considered to be a cancellation fee to cover the cost of initial setup and administration. Cancellation of Annual Subscription If you request the cancellation of an annual subscription, the subscription will be set to expire on the last day of the current month (or the first full month in the event of a new subscription still in the initial prorated period). A refund will be granted for the unused months of an annual subscription. The refund amount will be based upon re-pricing the subscription for actual months used at the normal monthly subscription rate. In other words, the subscription will be revalued as though you had been on a month-to-month basis, and those charges will be deducted from the annual subscription fee actually paid. If there is a balance remaining after recalculating the charges, it will be refunded to your credit card. Under no circumstances will amounts less than $1.00 be refunded. FCmobilelife reserves the right to terminate your access to the FCmobilelife service at any time for any or no reason and without notice to you. If, upon cancellation by FCmobilelife, if you are owed a refund, it will be processed according to the cancellation policy above. Upon any cancellation or termination of your FCmobilelife service, FCmobilelife shall have no liability to you or any further obligations, other than to provide you with a refund in accordance with this billing policy. State Sales Tax You will be charged sales tax in accordance with your local and state tax authorities as required. Credit Cards You are responsible for updating your credit card information in a timely and accurate manner. This includes any account number changes or the update of expiration dates, changes of address, etc. Furthermore, you are also responsible for maintaining sufficient credit available for your FCmobilelife monthly/annual charges. In the event your credit card is declined for whatever reason:
Miscellaneous FCmobilelife reserves the right to change the fees for the service at any time If payment cannot be processed, FCmobilelife reserves the right to pursue any and all legal remedies to collect the amounts owed by you, and to suspend or terminate your access to the FCmobilelife service. You are responsible for any fees assessed by your wireless telephone carrier to access the FCmobilelife service, including any data plan charges, toll, out-of-area, roaming, or other telephone connection charges. |
